Planning

Plan your week

Use weekly planning to schedule tasks across multiple days at once and stay on top of the week ahead.

What is weekly planning?

Weekly planning extends the daily planning flow to cover multiple days at once. Instead of focusing on a single day, you can spread tasks across the whole week, giving you a broader view of what is coming up.

Weekly planning is a PRO feature. Free users can plan one day at a time using the daily planning flow.

How to plan your week

  1. Open the Today tab.
  2. Tap Plan your day.
  3. At the top of the planning screen, you will see two options: Day and Week. Tap Week.
  4. Browse your tasks and assign them to days and time-of-day slots across the week:
    • All day — No specific time; just needs doing that day.
    • Morning — 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
    • Afternoon — 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
    • Evening — 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
    • Night — 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  5. Tap Done when you are finished scheduling.

Adding tasks during weekly planning

You can add tasks to your weekly plan in the same ways as daily planning:

  • Select existing tasks — Browse your task list and assign them to specific days and time slots.
  • Create a new task — Tap the + button within a slot to create a task that is automatically scheduled for that day and time.

Highlighting your most important task

After scheduling, you will be asked to choose a highlight — the single most important task for each day. Highlighted tasks are displayed with a star icon and stand out in the Today view.

How weekly planning differs from daily planning

  • Same guided flow — The steps are identical; you are just working across several days instead of one.
  • Broader perspective — Seeing the full week helps you balance your workload and avoid overloading any single day.
  • PRO timeframe selector — The Week chip is labelled with a PRO pill for free users, indicating it requires an upgrade.

Planning streaks

Whether you plan daily or weekly, each planning session counts towards your planning streak. Your current streak and longest streak are tracked automatically.
