Delete your account

Before you delete

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed, including:

• Tasks, notes, lists, and journal entries
• Tags and uploaded images
• Reflections and progress history

If you have an active PRO subscription, deleting your account does not cancel it automatically. You must cancel your subscription separately to avoid further charges.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Do Everything app on iOS or Android.
2. Tap your profile photo (or initial) in the top-left corner to open Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.

4. Follow the confirmation prompts to proceed.

5. You are not signed out straight away. The app shows a Good bye! screen instead, and keeps showing it on any device signed in to your account until the deletion is complete. To sign out, tap Log out at the top of that screen. We permanently delete your account and data within 2–3 working days, and email you once it is done.

Cancel your PRO subscription

If you have an active PRO subscription, make sure to cancel it before or after deleting your account:

• iOS — Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Do Everything, and cancel.
• Android — Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Do Everything, and cancel.

If you subscribed on the web, or through the other platform's app store, change or cancel your plan where you subscribed before you delete your account.
